Its been a month and 23 days since the last post. A month full of semester preparations and a wet semester examinations ( full of postponements due to rains) and then a lengthy but a fun ridden survey camp was all we, civil engineers in CEG had to go through.

The way our survey camp went goes like this :
We were supposed to do surveying in the hills of Kodaikonal. The thought of the cool climate was soothing for some while some had their own reservations and so it was finally decided the camp be held at our campus itself.
The camp ( sorry it is fitting to be called only a class) was to start at 10 daily but our mam walks in at 10.30 and we have our works assigned by 11. Slowly and chattingly (lol) we begin our walk to locate our points. Our group of 6 would end up with points at the fag end of the boundary and it would be lunchtime when we begin planning our mission. With all the odds against us we rush at the end to complete our mission. Fortunately, we were able to submit our reports with some success. Our final results though will be known only in next semester.

Amazing to see India outplay their opponents game after game.Gone are those days when we expect them to field the best squad and win a match which would go right down to the wire. We are now in a position to change the squads and have flexibility.

Under Dhoni's leadership India seems to have got all the luck in its skin and the players are playing to their potential.
With batting firing every match in the Sri Lankan series posting mammoth totals bowlers haven't been tested that real hard.

Who is going to be crowned the EPL Champions?
4 points separate the Red Devils from their unprecedented third consecutive title and would equal the Liverpool's record for record titles which Sir Fergie had been aiming for quite sometime now.

With the games against Wigan, Arsenal and Hull City in hand and with the kind of form ManU it would just be a walk in the park.

However reports of Tevez leaving for Liverpool has made fans distrught seeing their faviorate leaving to rivals Liverpool. Ronaldo's behavior after substitution leaves a bad impression about Manchester's ethics and stresses urgent attention to be paid to it. How so ever a star player such acts are condemnable.

Manchester United are very close to their record 18th Premiership title and can win it if they manage to get a point against Arsenal this weekend and that would be in their home ground something that has deceived Sir Fergie so far. Red Devils have managed to win only a few times in front of their home crowd.

It would be a tight game after the motivation Arsenal would have got after their semifinal loss against the same team. Red Devils are expected to play for the title with a strong line-up with Champs final 10 days away.

With the Evra comment on Arsenal as babies expected to give the Gunners the additional push it is to be seen whether that would be enough to push the best ever Manchester United line-up.

Expecting a Red Devils to be crowned champions of England for the 3rd consecutive title.

Honestly just can't explain the way he played.
Awesome is all I can say.

For all those studying under-grad in Tamil Nadu, going into the weekend who could have thought about one week holiday. yupee!!!
Honestly no one could have thought about this,not me honestly. With the symposiums of many colleges and culturals scheduled for this week have all went in smoke.
One more, no announcements have come when the colleges would re-open.With this semester being short all this makes it even more shorter.How will the syllabus be taught is a big question.
One thing "too much of anything is not good".
Same is the case with our holidays, want to get back to college.

Tomorrow there is a bandh (sorry strike), how long will the holidays be is dependent on the intensity of it only.
Hope our college reopens soon so as to bunk classes.lolz

It's this point of the year were eliminations begin. Exits of powerhouses, lop-sided matches, fiery clashes on and off the field would be the order of the day.
All said, it has been smooth sailing for the European Champions till now in all the major competitions winning the CLUB WORLD CUP as well as the Community Shield. They are in the last rounds in FA Cup and Carling Cup and are the leaders in the EPL with 2 points and a game in front of the second placed Liverpool.
In the Champions league they are now into the knockout stages going to play Seria A leaders Inter Milan.

Hoping ManU win all the competitions and bring home SIX trophies at the end of the season.
